Description
Pump Laser Module consists of a field-proven 980nm quantum well laser device in a 14pin butterfly package fitted with a thermoelectric cooler and monitor photodiode. Each Module is designed as a pump source for erbium-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA) applications, including high power EDFA wavelength division multiplexing, pre-amps broadband CATV networks and is available in powers from 70mW to 200mW.
